Welcome to coHired! We're passionate about connecting great companies with amazing jobseekers.

We love technology and use the latest AI and organisational science to predict if someone will fit into the team ethos and enjoy the job. We also love people (its a core value) and are passionate about using technology to free up Hiring Manager for better person to person connection, and for reducing bias in the recruitment process.

We believe that jobs people love bring great dignity. And dignity comes from a good paying, secure job, where the person fits into the ethos of the team.

We aim to match people to jobs they love, because when a person loves their job, they rave about it. Oh, and they are also more reliable, more productive and stay longer.

Our story

coHired was founded in 2017 by Andrew Nicol and Vivek Sharma, with the ambition of bringing technology and a love for people together.

Matching people to jobs they love (and jobs to people they love!) drives the coHired team to continually innovate solutions that improve the recruitment experience... whilst ensuring that a genuine care for people and human element is at it's core.
