​We're a values driven team of coWorkers who are passionate about bringing dignity to jobseekers through jobs they love and helping our clients find great people who stay!

What is a coWorker?

We only engage people & suppliers who align to our values and a coWorker can be:

• Employees | Generally their primary work is with us and paid wages or salaries.
• Contractors | The majority of their work is with us and paid as a contractor.
• Gig Workers | Do work with us on demand and contracted by item.
• Freelancers | Specialist who do some work with us and contracted by the hour.

All of our coWorkers are treaded equally, and invited to Team events because the status of your contract has no bearing on your ability to do amazing work and Make an Impact.

Always looking for great people

While we don't always have Full-time work available, we often have flexible, gig or freelance work in the pipeline. We particularly need Marketers, Organisational Psychologists, Developers and Data Scientists.

Our story

coHired was founded in 2017 by Andrew Nicol and Vivek Sharma, with the ambition of bringing technology and a love for people together. 

Matching people to jobs they love (and jobs to people they love!) drives the coHired team to continually innovate solutions that improve the recruitment experience... whilst ensuring that a genuine care for people and human element is at it's core.
