It arises due to subjective interpretation of the information by human mind. While it is impossible to eliminate the bias in any system, it is possible to minimise it through careful and conscious considerations.
Our AI powered hiring platform genuinely tries to address the unconscious bias and fosters better hiring decision. We have developed our models on a foundation of organisational science, and trained them on extensive professional data to reduce subjectivity, improve recommendation accuracy, and thus better decision making.
We have a few checks in place to ensure we minimise bias in our models. We collect enough information to make a decision without generating unconscious bias.
